Clip Saga is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process information that is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the Clip Saga service. We do not sell your personal information.
We may collect limited personal, account, content, device, and usage information necessary to operate Clip Saga and provide features such as accounts, video content, collaborations, advertising, creator features, social interactions, moderation, and payments.

Clip Saga provides eligible creators with opportunities to earn money from advertising and paid collaborations. Participation in the creator earnings program is subject to eligibility requirements, account standing, qualifying activity, and these terms.
To become eligible to receive creator earnings, a Clip Saga user must currently meet the following minimum requirements:
Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee any particular level of earnings. Clip Saga may review qualifying activity and account eligibility before earnings become payable.
Eligible creators may participate in Clip Saga's advertising revenue-sharing program. Under the current program, 50% of creator-allocable advertising revenue is allocated to eligible creators and 50% is retained by Clip Saga.
Creator advertising earnings may depend on factors including qualifying video activity, valid ad impressions, advertiser demand, geographic location, advertising rates, user engagement, applicable adjustments, and other factors associated with the advertising program.
Advertising revenue is not guaranteed. Not every video view or advertisement necessarily produces revenue, and the amount earned per view or advertisement may vary.
Clip Saga allows creators to offer paid participation in eligible collaborations using supported in-app purchases.
For eligible paid collaborations, after applicable Apple commissions or App Store transaction charges are accounted for, 80% of the remaining distributable proceeds are allocated to the creator or creator pool and 20% are retained by Clip Saga.
When a collaboration includes multiple eligible participants, the creator portion may be divided among those participants according to the applicable collaboration allocation.
Creator earnings may initially be recorded as pending while transactions, eligibility, and other requirements are verified. Earnings become available for payout only after applicable requirements have been satisfied.
Clip Saga may use Stripe to facilitate payouts to eligible creators. Creators may be required to establish and verify an eligible payout account and provide information required by Stripe or applicable law before receiving funds.
Minimum payout thresholds, processing times, payment availability, taxes, and other payout requirements may apply.
Artificial, fraudulent, manipulated, purchased, automated, or otherwise invalid views, impressions, clicks, followers, collaborations, transactions, or other activity do not qualify for creator earnings.
Clip Saga may withhold, adjust, reverse, or deny earnings associated with invalid activity, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, violations of Clip Saga policies, or other activity that is not eligible for monetization.
Clip Saga may modify eligibility requirements, revenue-sharing percentages, payout requirements, monetization features, or other aspects of the creator earnings program as the service evolves, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
Clip Saga allows users to create and interact with user-generated content. We maintain safety and moderation features designed to help protect the Clip Saga community.
Users may report objectionable content and block abusive users. When a report is submitted, we may retain information about the report, the reported content, the reporting user, the reported user, the reason for the report, and related information necessary to investigate and respond to the report.
Blocking information may be retained so that content from blocked users can remain excluded from the blocking user's experience.
Clip Saga uses third-party service providers to operate portions of the service. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and our use of their services.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. No internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Clip Saga, maintain account and safety features, fulfill legitimate business purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
Certain information may be retained for a reasonable period after account deletion when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about certain processing of your data.

Clip Saga is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
