MusicSlap is developed and operated by The Great American Game Company LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how MusicSlap handles information when you use the app.
MusicSlap is designed to let users import audio or video, create and edit beats, mix media, and export finished creations.
MusicSlap may allow you to select videos from your device's Photos library. The app accesses only the media you choose through Apple's system media picker.
MusicSlap does not require unrestricted access to your entire photo library in order for you to select a video.
MusicSlap may allow you to select audio or video files stored on your device or available through Apple's Files interface.
Files are accessed only when you choose them for use inside MusicSlap.
Custom beats, beat patterns, piano notes, and related project information may be stored locally on your device so that you can save and edit your creations.
Audio and video that you select is used to provide MusicSlap's editing, beat-mixing, preview, trimming, and export features.
MusicSlap may create temporary or exported media files on your device as part of processing your selected audio or video.
Your selected media is not published to a public MusicSlap feed and is not made available to other MusicSlap users by the app.
MusicSlap allows you to export and share finished audio or video using Apple's system sharing features.
When you choose to share content with another app or service, that service's own privacy policies and terms may apply.
MusicSlap does not control how third-party services handle content after you choose to send it to them.
The current version of MusicSlap does not require users to create an account or provide a name, address, phone number, or other personal profile information in order to use the app.
MusicSlap does not currently include in-app messaging, a public social feed, or public user profiles.
The current version of MusicSlap does not display third-party advertising.
The current version of MusicSlap is not designed to track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
MusicSlap does not sell personal information to third parties.
MusicSlap is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because MusicSlap does not currently require user accounts or public posting features, it does not intentionally collect personal profile information from children through those features.
Beat projects and related files may remain stored locally on your device until you delete them or remove the app.
Exported media may remain on your device or in another location you choose when saving or sharing it.
MusicSlap may rely on Apple-provided technologies such as Photos, Files, media playback, and the iOS share sheet to provide app functionality.
Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple's applicable privacy policies and terms.
Reasonable steps are taken to design MusicSlap so that selected media and locally created content are handled only as needed to provide app functionality.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as MusicSlap adds new features or changes how information is handled.
Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
